How long does a treatment take?

A session usually takes about 30–60 minutes, depending on the areas treated. Many patients are in and out around the 45-minute mark. Your provider will map a plan to your goals.

How many sessions will I need?

Typically, two initial sessions are recommended, based on your skin and goals. Tri-Health’s founders package is built as two visits spaced about four weeks apart so collagen remodeling can build between sessions. Your exact plan is confirmed in consultation.

Does it hurt?

XERF is designed for comfort. Most people feel a warm sensation. Integrated Cryogen Delivery monitors skin temperature, and WaveFit™ Pulse balances energy with cooling. No needles and no numbing are required for typical treatments.

Is there downtime?

No planned downtime. You can usually return to daily activities—including makeup and exercise—right after treatment. Mild redness or warmth can occur and typically settles within about an hour.

When will I see results?

Many patients notice an immediate tighter feeling. Collagen continues to rebuild in the weeks after treatment, so refinement often develops over time. Individual results vary.

What does XERF treat?

XERF is indicated as a non-invasive aesthetic treatment for facial lines and wrinkles, eyebrow lift, and facial and neck laxity—structural tightening without surgery.

Who is a good candidate?

Ideal candidates typically have mild to moderate laxity and are in good general health. A consultation confirms whether XERF is right for your skin, history, and goals.

How is XERF different from traditional RF?

XERF uses dual-frequency monopolar RF (including 6.78 MHz and 2 MHz pathways) to address shallow, middle, and deeper structural layers—not only the surface—while cooling supports comfort.

Do results look natural?

The intent is to stimulate your own collagen for a refreshed, natural-looking refinement—not a different face. Your provider personalizes depth and intensity to your anatomy.
