Dr. Marisa Cuoco obtained her undergraduate honours degree in Kinesiology with a specialization in Fitness Assessment and Exercise Counselling. She worked with various professional sports teams (Toronto Maple Leafs, New York Rangers, Canadian Olympic ski team) along with Municipal Fire Services, carrying out fitness testing. She moved on to graduate from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2005 with a Doctorate in Chiropractic. She has been practising in Woodbridge for 15 years. Her approach to chiropractic therapy is effectively communicating with patients in helping them understand their injury. She uses a hands on approach to treatment incorporating muscle work, postural exercises and gentle spinal stretches/adjustments, as needed. She is actively involved in her community by serving as Parent Council Chair at her children’s school for the past three years.
