Meet Sara Rizvi
Registered Psychotherapist
Sara is a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario. She holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and has completed additional volunteer training through Hospice Vaughan.
She offers therapy for individuals, couples, and families in a fully confidential and non-judgemental environment where clients can safely explore their thoughts, emotions, and life challenges.
